Stuck, found a bug, or have an idea? In the app, go to More, then Report a problem. You can add a screenshot, and it tells us your app version and phone for you. Or email [email protected] with your handle and what phone you use. A real person answers either way.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot your password? and enter your email. We'll email you a six-digit code. Enter it in the app and choose a new password. The code works for 30 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.

If you signed up with Google, Apple or Discord, you don't have a Slot n' Slab password. Sign in with that button instead.

Scanning isn't finding my card

• Fill the frame on screen with the card, flat and straight on.
• Use even light and tilt the card a little if a foil or sleeve is reflecting.
• Keep the name and collector number visible. The app reads them to pick the right printing.
• Slabs scan best from the label: in Add to collection, turn on Graded slab and choose Scan the label.
• If the scan is unsure, it lists the closest cards to pick from, or you can search by name.

Scanning needs a connection, because the card is matched against our catalog. With no signal, use Add by name and the change is sent later.

Can I use Slot n' Slab on a computer?

Yes. Go to slotnslab.app/app and sign in with the same account. You can check your collections, look up prices and add cards. Scanning uses the phone's camera, so it stays in the app.

Does it work at a show with no signal?

Yes. What you've already loaded stays readable, and to have a whole collection ready, turn on Keep offline in its edit screen before you go. Changes you make offline are kept on your phone with a Pending badge. When you're back online, tap Review & send to send them.

Can I bring my collection from another app?

Yes. Export a CSV from TCGplayer, ManaBox, Moxfield, Deckbox, Dragon Shield, Archidekt or Collectr, then in Slot n' Slab go to More and choose Import a CSV. You can check each match before anything is added.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to More, then Account, then Delete account. You can also do it on the web or by email. See Delete your account for every option and what gets deleted.
