Delete your Slot n' Slab account

You can delete your Slot n' Slab account, and everything in it, whenever you like. There are three ways to do it.

Before you go, you can export any collection as a CSV file: open the collection, tap Edit, then Export as CSV.

In the app

1. Open Slot n' Slab and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Account.
3. Scroll to Delete account. If your account has a password, type it in.
4. Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

On the web

1. Go to slotnslab.app/app/account and sign in with the same email or sign-in method you use in the app.
2. Scroll to Delete account, type your password if your account has one, and choose Delete account.

By email

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Slot n' Slab account". Tell us your handle if you know it. We'll confirm it's your account and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting is immediate and can't be undone. All of this is removed from the live service straight away:

• your profile: email address, display name, handle, profile picture and password;
• your sign-ins with Google, Apple or Discord, and every device you're signed in on;
• your collections, the cards in them and the photos you added, your wishlist and price alerts, decks and collection value history;
• your trades, trade offers and recorded trades (they also disappear for the other person in the trade);
• your shop page, hold requests, events, show sales, buylist and buys;
• scan samples you sent with Help improve scanning;
• problem reports you sent and their screenshots (the copy emailed to our support inbox is kept until the problem is dealt with);
• your links to tcgpos and Square (we tell Square to drop its access first), and your push notification tokens.

What's kept, and for how long

• Our nightly database backups still hold a copy until they roll off, within 14 days. Backups are only used to recover the service after a failure.
• Server logs (IP addresses and requests) are kept for a short time for security, then deleted.
• A scanner model already trained with samples you sent isn't undone, but the samples themselves are deleted.
• Nothing in a tcgpos store, a Square account or a Google, Apple or Discord account is deleted, because we don't run those. The same goes for anything on other people's phones, such as a trade they recorded with you by name.

If you bought a subscription through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in the store first.
